You should triage this further with the modpack, I don't believe this is a mod issue. Potentially sounds like a config mismatch if playing on a dedicated server.
This has been on the todo list for a while, just need to spin up a new table type for it...
Have you modified anything via datapack or is this a stock installation?
I think a few more affixes need to be added to certain pools, but this isn't a fatal error.
