`wmset_014_0` is supposed to be the clouds in the sky. But demaster isn't requesting this image anymore. I am unsure why.

 `wmset_013_0` seems to work okay. One issue that was brought up is the 2013 mod uses 3 images because of the leaves effect when you walk through the forests....
