D-Scanner does not Reognize String Interpolation

I have a [pull request](https://github.com/dlang/phobos/pull/9041) that complies with the D style guidelines, but BuildKite fails because D-Scanner doesn't seem to [recognize](https://github.com/dlang/phobos/pull/9041) the string interpolation syntax.
