You should use the cdn links not setup a own cdn 😂 simply go to jsdelivr.com and search for the plugin you wanna use and add the cdn dist css/js...

I need your image dimensions too, it can varies due the image dimensions. Idk if the docs has the same issue but I will check it.

Fixed header & footer will not work for boxed layout, `position: fixed;` is only relative to the window not to any other parent. Control-Sidebar slide bug is fixed with 92ccf78.
