For now I am using a csv file full of USA location codes to decode which county an alert is for.

I made some changes to how connecting to a device works and the code for that should not be in this pr.

I want to copy the code over and make a new commit using the new singleton. Shouldn't be too difficult.

App Intents that I want to add - Check Telemetry - Search for nodes - Check env metrics - Export logs - Change config - Reboot and Shutdown nodes

@garthvh I have identified the issue: the initialized default predicate overrides the .onApppear searchUserList() predicate opperation. Adding a short delay to the .onAppear lets it fire after the init stage...

@garthvh I don't think that all nodes you dm should be favorited. Maybe a new feature should be added to firmware to just mark recently dmed nodes as more "interesting"...

The animation only happens in your first ever connection, not going to get annoying just to teach people
