ALANN archived a higher conf because OpenNARS missed some derivation path

but the content is different, the old page has/has more information

related to https://github.com/opennars/opennars/issues/206, so the checks will be in a utility class (with static members)

This should be written from scratch because of licensing issues

We need first https://github.com/opennars/opennars/issues/235 to build the AST from the commands provided by the parser

The new parser should use the new syntax of narsese - this is easy to change from the old syntax

Patrick should have the key too, any more votes :D?

One additional method should be fine because it doesn't reoocur in a other context/Class
