Pls remove it,because enable party menu when encounter enemies dont even help anything,nothing at all,because everyone should use party menu first before entering battle mode. I suggest u remove it...

It say + 10 in settlement for hero but it wont work at all,same as moving around the map

It say + 2 party size for each fief u own. but i dont know if they count village is a fief or not,i think they only count sargot or...

All kind of raider always like this,in battle they're small like this too,i dont have any other mod,only this mod 

How does % max hp work?

Like if i have a few perk with exactly number like +10 +3,do perk increase % max hp work on those bonus health or only increase base health?

It say +3% movespeed but it wont
