It say + 2 party size for each fief u own. but i dont know if they count village is a fief or not,i think they only count sargot or this is a bug? Another question is it says "Personal". What does it mean? If i have company in my party do i get bonus from this perk? image

This issue could interest you https://github.com/Tyler-IN/MnB2-Bannerlord-CommunityPatch/issues/249. I'm quite sure that we changed the implementation to ignore the villages in the calculation.

I'm not 100% sure about Personal but I guess it would be perks that applies only to your character like damage buff...

I know that in warband terminology, we had personal and party type skills. A party skill would mean that a companion with a higher skill score than yours would be taken into account.

On the other hand, a personal skill would mean that no companion could replace your skill score.

In Bannerlord, this concept is replaced by the engineer/scout/medic ... positions. With the new perks in 1.4.1, you can see tags such as Party Leader/Captain, Personal/Personal etc ... which doesn't mean much... Maybe Taleworlds will restrict certain perks for when you hold a specific position in a clan like a new Captain position...
