tested the mod "ultimate s" for smash bros using 90fps and did nothing. (linux amd)

sorry, set it to 90, and it was uncapped, for all i know it's a bug in the mod since they're attempting ryujinx-specific fixes, i believe it implements uncapped fps.

maybe a bridged revolt or matrix?
