The plots do seem to be correctly in sensor time zone, but the timezone information should be displayed.

After zooming, when using shift-click to drag, the original plot remains behind the adjusted plot. It appears to work on Chrome but not Firefox.

We're used to being able to zoom with mouse wheels; the lack of it is frustrating. We also need to be able to zoom out without fully resetting zoom. @dbressler75
