Rename "Advances" to "Advance"/"Target Advance" in Gen 5 IDs section and all Gen 5 Searcher windows (not generators)

It being called "advances" makes some people believe that thats the amount of advances they have to do. If it were renamed to "Target Advance", this would be much clearer...

Have specific language option for natures and characteristics names

So that if the game you're trying to rng on is e.g. german, but you only know how to read english, you can change it so the natures and characteristics...
