[Gen 5 feature request] Adjacent Seed Tool

With the completion of the more relevant gen 5 methods drawing closer I would like to bring some attention to Adjacent Seed Tool. This was a tool within RNG Reporter that lets you view seeds (and notably the IVs on frame 1 or any other frame you specified of those seeds) to help try and figure out what seed you hit whenever you did not hit your target seed. This is especially important for BW2 as you'd miss your seed fairly often and can then check to see whether you hit any nearby seed. Then if you hit something closeby like a different Timer0 you could just try again and would get it eventually and if you e.g. missed the target seed by a second you'd be able to adjust your eon timer based on that. Or if it didn't match up with any nearby seeds you'd know something else was wrong and you wouldn't just mindlessly keep trying never being able to hit the target seed.

Yes the profile calibrator can be used similarly but since you can't select a profile there and don't get a list of nearby seeds e.g. frame 1 IVs, but only a result of what seed you may have hit, it's suboptimal and more time consuming to use for this purpose.
