Have specific language option for natures and characteristics names

So that if the game you're trying to rng on is e.g. german, but you only know how to read english, you can change it so the natures and characteristics are the only thing displayed in the german language leaving the UI in english and therefore understandable to the user

Not sure how I feel about this one. Current language setup is globally applied to everything

It would just be neat to have if you got some games in a language you cannot read; maybe put this on the "to-do after literally everything else" list xD
