This PR partly implements features requested in #1427.
Does running wayfire from tty without lightdm work?
Are the windows are wayland native? Are the borders a part of alacritty window or drawn by WM (as a window decoration)? Do you have decoration plugin enabled?
It says it cannot find something, try rebuilding wayfire.
Known problem: the `WayfireToplevel` widget becomes too small when all the toplevels have a short titles.

Hi. You can use `nm-applet` with system tray (#153) now. `nm-applet` provides many features including wi-fi selection menu.
Hm but there is no gap by default Maybe there are extra whitespace characters in your command output?
