wf-panel: add a basic menu for selecting wifi netowork

For the wifi module in wayfire panel it would definatly help new users and progress wayfire to becoming a full DE if you could connect to wifi from the module in the panel.

Hi. You can use nm-applet with system tray (#153) now. nm-applet provides many features including wi-fi selection menu.
