Similar issue was reported in #4779 #2150 and #3617

After rereading through the issue and thinking about the possible reason, I suspect that issue is being caused by a network error maybe.

According to patch [220641](https://www.teamfortress.com/post.php?id=220641) `Fixed a crash caused by using -dxlevel commands` This issue requires retesting.
Did this issue occur already before the latest update?
