FPS stuck at 30 fps

Hi Valve, I have a big problem: I always have 30 fps although I put "fps_max 400", I don't turn on VSync or high graphic settings but the game still lags for some reason. My PC specs: AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics, 2100 MHz, 6 core(s) 8 GB RAM 512 GB SSD ( 95 GB free)

This might be redundant, but have you checked your Radeon control panel? I know some newer GPU drivers can limit FPS by game, so maybe see if it’s limited to 30 there. If it isn’t, it might just be that your CPU isn’t good enough to run the game. Sorry. Edit: Try turning on your FPS meter in game (net_graph 1.) If it’s hard locked at 30, that means it’s most likely an issue, and if it isn’t, I.E. it hovers around 30-35 then it’s most likely a performance problem.
