Forgot to comment, but this seems to be fixed in 1.16 version of CB Multipart. Will know more later today once I'm finished porting.
If RFTools uses the proper default state of the block then this shouldn't happen
Will add ability to configure mining level of both the regular and diamond block breakers.
Very impressive build :) Did you happen to use worldedit to place the gates that are getting stuck?
When you uploaded that map, was it saved before or after you fixed the issue by breaking the gates?

Once the compatibility module is back, this will be added along with several other other inter-mod things.
Can you confirm that this only happens with Optifine installed? Are there any cases where this bug appears without Optifine?
Bump. Any updates for this? Additionally, can you check if this happens with the full Lamp blocks as well?
