[Request]Register electrotine ore in the botani API ore handler.

The orechid from botania does not produce electrotine ore. I asked about this on /r/botania and the response from wiresegal was "The mod that adds that ore has to register it in the ore handler in the Botania API."

Not quite sure what that means entirely, but I figured you would know.
