What would need to be done to make this meet their ToS?

There's a million OpenStreetMap apps available so I don't see the benefit in having yet another one. What would be good is a way to get Google Maps still working...

@cdlm Can you try and set RBENV_ROOT and confirm that rbenv-default-gems behaves correctly after that?
