Heroku: no option! What to use

I looked into Heroku again and the offer rather affordable way for setting up a service. so i go along with them

Problem solved. I had to close Visual Studio Code. Then opened Visual Studio Code again: again same fault. Then i restarted my PC : that did work. My conclusion: somehow...
