Yeah I think it's a bug too now, as basically I tried to generate an image that way (without putting any image in img2img) and indeed it throws an error.

Issue is referenced in Image Browser extension page and should be fixed next version.

It's an issue with the dreambooth and GPFGAN/Codeformer, so you should probably bring that up with the maker of the dreambooth itself, it's not related to anything here.
