[Feature Request]: When using history, the "send to img2img" should also send the actual image and not just the parameters

What would your feature do ?

Not sure if it's a feature request or a bug, but when sending an image from history, either from txt2img history or img2img history, to img2img, all the parameters are sent, but not the image itself.

Proposed workflow

Either add a tickbox to also send the image if it was expected behavior to not send it, or add the image in img2img by default when sending it there from history, mirroring the behavior of the same button in other menus.

I though this was a glitch, it also does the same from png info, already opened an issue here #2783

Yeah I think it's a bug too now, as basically I tried to generate an image that way (without putting any image in img2img) and indeed it throws an error.
