Depends on https://github.com/rpherbig/dr-scripts/pull/6672 Checks if a room has a warhorn/egg timer before using our warhorn or egg. Allows multiple people to consecutively (or at least not in an overlapping manner)...

Two changes. 1. Checks that files exist, in addition to the existing hash comparison for versions in the database. This should remediate the case where folks accidentally delete a base...
