This is a known issue. The game reports it as a "ball and chain" but it's a "ball" I've linked an open lich PR which resolves this issue.

This one I don't understand. If FC is your hometown, you can already override that with `force_repair_town` What's this toggle adding that doesn't exist today? Thanks!

Closing, as it's ancient, and I cannot reproduce today.

We no longer `fput` for wearing/removing equipment today. Closing as ancient.

jail-buddy today has a check if the text triggered via lnet, and skips it. If someone reports additional issues today, we can follow them up.

No longer happens today.
