OSO indexes OP Atlas on BQ ([link](https://docs.opensource.observer/docs/integrate/datasets/#op-atlas)). Maybe there's a way to copy straight from the chain though, since Atlas already makes attestations?

Actually, if we want to include L3s as well, we'll need to run this on OP Mainnet and Base as well (except handle for these chains not supporting blobs yet)....
