Label Pool: Add OP Atlas contract mapping into OLI

OP atlas has a lot of great contract <> owner_project data. This is because devs have to sign to verify their contract making these mapping almost 100% correct. Ideally we attest these contracts into the OLI Label Pool for everyone to access easily.

OSO indexes OP Atlas on BQ (link).

Maybe there's a way to copy straight from the chain though, since Atlas already makes attestations?
