Add Token Holder Revenue to Defillama Fees Pull

Add 'Token Holder Revenue' as a segment, from the API dataType=dailyHoldersRevenue https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/op-analytics/tree/main/src/op_analytics/datasources/defillama/volume_fees_revenue

This lets us better segment "where fees go to" within the application.

Roughly:

• Fees - Revenue = Earned by app/protocol participants (i.e. LPs, stakers
• Revenue - Token Holder Revenue = Earned by the "app" - DAO, Company, etc structure
• Token Holder Revenue = Earned by token holders (of course the DAO, company, etc may hold tokens as well).

Of course there is a ton of nuance here, but this granularity helps, since no fees or revenue are truly equivalent.
