This also makes mortar super strong close range, encouraging solo use. Since the travel time is so short you can fairly reliably just blap benos right on their heads.

The link abilities seem extremely strong, only limited by the short range. 0.4 slowdown for example is the difference between heavy and light armour.
That's an issue with lights not being designed for such large spaces. Would probs jsut need a new child light with a higher radius, specifically for areas like this.
