Sadly, the [Salt Zypper module](https://docs.saltstack.com/en/latest/ref/modules/all/salt.modules.zypperpkg.html) does not seem to support this natively, so this would have to be implemented differently.

FWIW, this issue still exists in v3.8.0-beta3. Subscribing to a public calendar works, but newly created entries only appear after one opens the "Exchange (EWS) Properties" dialogue and close it...
