Wound up here from Google looking for a plugin like this. Still sorely needed as the current native implementation is terrible and relying on general DLSS tweakers is bothersome.
I also have the splash screen show on the wrong monitor. Would be nice to be able to pick manually.
Having this issue as well. Any response using formatting gets really outdated. Only html ones get refreshed.
