Tried, no luck same issue
This is probably the same as: https://github.com/extesy/hoverzoom/issues/1558
The flags required to fix this were removed in Chromium 142. And, at least for me on Vivaldi, neither of the unexpire flags bring them back. Looking for a new workaround or a proper fix.
Found a workaround, user in the past reddit thread edited their post with an update.
"Fix for version 142
copy paste this into your Chrome target line:
--disablefeatures=PartitionVisitedLinkDatabase,PartitionVisitedLinkDatabaseWithSelfLinks"
Make sure to end all Chrome tasks and restart.
If you have Chrome pinned in your Windows taskbar, I suggest right clicking the icon and then right clicking "Google Chrome" to access the properties (other method would be creating a separate desktop shortcut).

Did not work, still experiencing same issue.

Did you add the end quotation marks in the target line? Can be easy to miss.

Yes
Marked as fixed in latest release notes but still hasn't been fixed
Still experiencing this issue with version 1.1.9
The release notes say it's been fixed, but it has not.
As mentioned above, Chrome made it impossible to fix this issue.
