"Cannot be deleted" should probably be added to more items than just unlocked via achievements. They are either valuable or one of a kind per account.

It's fixed 

Only 'Attrib_MaxPipebombs_Decreased' and 'Attrib_MaxPipebombs_Increased' refear to stickybombs as pipebombs. Both strings should be changed.
