Bulgaria Easter holidays fixed in #748, this PR can be closed.

I'm working on a large update for Australia holidays (inspired by #1674). @bbayu123 , thank you for your suggestion, it will be useful.

I tried to change AR holidays according to Law 27399 in #968. @leandrorojas, please look, if you can. Currently it's in `beta` branch.

We had Easter Sunday ("Páscoa") in Brazil until [v0.25](https://github.com/vacanza/python-holidays/releases/tag/v.0.25) (May 15, 2023).
