Just add missing tests for holidays that are missing, and seems it's done.
We can later make traditional generator based on data from [here](https://github.com/wp-plugins/bhutanese-calendar/raw/refs/heads/master/data/data.txt).

I've already tried adding 3.14, but numpy doesn't have wheels for Windows yet, and the built version doesn't work. 🤷♂️

Python 3.14 RC1 is ready, and numpy 2.3.2 too. Seems [all is ok](https://github.com/KJhellico/python-holidays/actions/runs/16525508153/job/46737710097).
You need to merge latest `dev` changes into your branch and resolve conflicts.
Also, in 2007, 2009, 2010, 2023, the date of Chinese New Year should be changed (with custom calendar).
