What's interesting is that their internet browsers seem to circumvent this problem tho. In browsers they can open the master server list. Dunno if browsers are actively trying different routes...
It cannot connect to any master server. We probably need some proxy inside russia to stop this from happening or understand how browsers circumvent this problem
