Same issue here, also with 2 channels linked to the same google account. Haven't tried with another google account.

Hmm not sure how that could've happened but it's been quite a few years. I should add a GitHub Actions pipeline for releases anyway.
I don't understand the issue, could you provide more information please with context and steps to reproduce.
Personally I don't really *need* two-way sync as I would mostly manage playlists on desktop, and when I'm listening on my phone I just want to leave a playlist on...
You may need to add it to your config manually via configurator or nuke flash to reset to the new default config if you updated from an older configurator build.
