Pico firmware problem

I installed the latest pico firmware on my fightbox r1 b but only three of the buttons actually input anything in default mode. Furthermore, when I try to open the device in boot mode again it doesn't open as a storage device, and when I input melee mode while plugging in the device it isn't recognised in windows. I'm also getting this when i boot in melee mode:

How did you install it? And have you ever had HayBox running on this device before? I'm not 100% if the pinout matches the default.
