I managed to get through the first part of text setup, the second phase froze up. 

PowerBook 6,4 Display Issues

I am having a problem with the PowerBook 6,4 displaying a very large and distorted image in arcfw. 

Lines flash when windows are open.

I solved one of the problems. However, I sometimes get lines when I open a window.
