I've been wanting to contribute this for about 2 years. I decided to at least file the issue in case someone wants to grab it before I can.
Should also work for packages. `a.w.Toolbar` should match `android.widget.Toolbar`.

Since this fork is no longer needed with plugin 2.2.0 or newer, I've moved the bug to http://b.android.com/223101 since it persists in the official implementation.

Do you mean `Unconfined`? Turbine's use of `UNDISPATCHED` merely starts the upstream flow collection synchronously.
