I got an error of ‘Function mcrypt_get_iv_size() is deprecated’ after run `php artisan migrate` and `php artisan key:generate` successfully.

Access path creation should also create the directory in repository (optional)

I can create a repository successfully,and I can create access path with a new folder in this repository successfully too. But when I 'SVN Update',the folder can't be found.
