Access path creation should also create the directory in repository (optional)

I can create a repository successfully,and I can create access path with a new folder in this repository successfully too. But when I 'SVN Update',the folder can't be found.

The function "Create Access Path" is currently not intended to actually create the path in the repository. It only creates the permission entry in Subersion's authz-file.

But it would be a good feature.

The function of "Delete & Rename the folder/directory in the repository" would be needed too.
