Problem 1. was fixed in commit https://github.com/ros-drivers/ros2_ouster_drivers/pull/137/commits/f0ccedd92ff25c872dad20c5c7bcbb0631f1ad6d. Parsing should now be correct for all combinations of packet profiles and lidar resolutions in all processors.

Tried running objc with *.mm, problem is it currently doesn't compile in CI either way.
@gshanbhag525 the matlab version works fine in CI but the objc one spits out an error. I don't know objc so I couldn't make that one compile.
