It turns out it's an issue with Blender 3.3 and has nothing to do with FO. What did they change in that update??

## Update It appears the offending mod is also in Simply Optimized. This narrows it down a bit.

## Update: It appears saving and reloading the file *does* fix this issue. This may be a bug with Blender rather than this addon.

This is a known issue and is being worked on. For now, it should be rather easy to simply replace the skin in Blender.
