Are `IOMap64.sys` `IOMap.sys` files located in `WinAMDTweak` directory too?

What is your config.ini (or cmd line), OS and driver version (you can remove your wallet id if you want)?

Please try running with default clock settings. This error can mean any sort of hardware-related issue - overclocking too much, insufficient power, bad risers, etc.

What OS do you have? If your GPUs are overclocked please try running on default clocks.
