I'm also having the same issue, we create the PersistentVolume using Helm chart and the PersistentVolumeClaim with Terraform. The creation goes successfully, but when I try to destroy the PVC...

Unfortunately the only test I haven't been able to run is `TestNukeEFSVolumeWithMountTargets` since in our test company's accounts we do not have Default VPC and the test just fails.

I have the same issue, how do I fix this?

StyleCI analysis has been fixed, it shows as failed because I have used a soft reset to squash the commits. @jenssegers
