The current one is the default colour picker UI that hasn't been changed since Windows 95, and is really clunky to use. Would suggest looking into a style like Photoshop...
So it will not import state id changes, animcommands etc, just the animations themselves. Useful for say, importing custom idle animations without reconfiguring the state id changes.
