Triangular steps receive wrongly rotated textures even with tex coordinates on

As seen when applying textures on triangular steps the texture rotations are incorrect. with or without texture coordinates fix.
I've done some testing and it seems that this issue mainly happens when the room has been rotated or mirrored, am I right?
I don't think so! I didn't rotate the room itself, just the triangle splits.
