This means that the plugin wasn't able to find a project your XAML file belongs to. Could you please attach the IDE logs?

Usually, **Help → Collect Logs** provides all the necessary details. Please inspect the log archive to not accidentally share some private information!

It may be a problem with your application. Which application is that? Is it open source? Does it reproduce for a new app created from the template?

I am sorry, what's the difference between a "blank new project" and a project created from a template? Could you perhaps give an example of such a "blank new" project?

This means we found an XAML file which doesn't belong to any of the projects in the solution. Does it often reproduce? Do you have stable steps to reproduce this...

Aha, that's interesting. Probably we'll have to wait a bit in case we couldn't find the file in the project model immediately after it being created. I'll take a look.

That's a good idea, actually, and I think it's possible to do.
