I think that would be firmware for the printer, not the MMU2 device. It only controls the filament loading/unloading process.
Which firmware version are you using?
+1 this whole request. The Prusament Black Galaxy I have seems to have difficulty unloading/loading during a MMU Benchy I'm trying to print, and because the MMU2 pulley body grinds...
Are you running a MK3 or MK2.5 printer?
Oh wow - that's ugly. I suppose you've already verified that the selector moves freely (if the motor is removed)? Also, looks like MK3 3.5.3 firmware is for the MK3S....
Have you tried any of the newer firmware versions? I'm currently using 1.0.4-FINAL (even though a new version has replaced it) and am having great lick with it so far....
These issues might be related to the old 1.0.3 and older firmware. I had all the same noise complaints until I moved to 1.0.4-FINAL.
